How can I find the document I’m looking for?

To find the document you are looking for you can use the ‘document type’ search bar on the left hand side of your screen or search for the document by name using the search bar in the top right hand side of the page.

In what countries can the documents be used?

Our documents are written to comply with the employment laws of England and Wales.

How many times am I able to use my document?

Once you have downloaded the document you are able to re use as many times as you need.

Can I view the document before I make a purchase?

There are samples of each document on the product pages of the website.  We are not able to show you the full document before purchase because of copyright.

Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?

To place an order simply select the document you require and click ‘Buy Now’.  This will add the document to your basket .The next step is to follow the checkout process, you can chose to enter your card details on our website or pay through your PayPal account.

Do you use a secure payment provider?

Our website has been approved by the current Data Security Standards.  To see our security certificate please click here.

What payment types are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  Payment can also be made using your PayPal account.  Simply select the PayPal checkout option after adding a document to your basket.

Can I pay by telephone?

Unfortunately we are not able to accept payment by telephone.  If you require help with payment via our website or PayPal please give us a call.

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

Yes you will receive an email to confirm your purchase.  The email will contain a link for you to download your documents.

Delivery an Downloading

How do I download a document?

Documents can be downloaded as soon as payment has been made .  You will receive an email with a link to download your document or you can download immediately after following the checkout process.

In what format will I receive the document?

All our documents are available in a Microsoft Word format. and are available for immediate download onto your computer.

How many times can I download?

You can download the document as many times are you need.  The document will be on your account for 30 days.  If you don’t download your document in this time please contact us.

How do I find out my account user name and password?

Your details will be emailed to you as soon as you create an account.  Please ensure you enter the correct email address.  If you do not receive an email please give us a call.

What if I am not happy with my purchase?

If you are not happy with your purchase please give us a call and explain the details.  We are not able to issue a refund, however we may be able to offer you a document exchange.

Will I receive a VAT invoice?

You will receive an email with a summary of your order.  A VAT invoice is available on request.
